The Outpatient Department is most especially in need of rebuilding as it’s no longer fit for purpose. Elderly, disabled, leprosy-affected patients often travel hundreds of miles to visit the hospital, but then they have to queue for several hours in the stifling heat, under a corrugated plastic awning, to be seen.
