At The Leprosy Mission Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, supporting our mission with every hassle-free transaction.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund for your items.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in a resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Send via Post

  Affix the provided return address label to your package and take it to your local Post Office; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Processing Your Refund

  Once we receive your returned goods, our team will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7 to 10 working days.
